Start and fitting appointment

149€

We will inspect the apartment and check if anything is missing and everything is prepared for a successful tenancy. We will take over the keys and will grant access for photographers.
  • Conductings are charged with 60€ each additionally.
  • Purchases of new items and replacements: 59€ for each full or partial hour plus 39€ for traveling time.
  • Arranging appointments with contractors: flat fee of 29€ plus on request supervision of appointments for 29€ for each full or partial hour.
  • Traveling times are generally charged with 39€.
  • Drawing up an inventory list: 79€ for each full or partial hour.
  • Final cleaning at cost. The costs are borne by the tenant. Normally this amount is deducted from the deposit.
Opening hours and fees: All prices are net prices plus VAT and are valid during our opening hours Monday through Friday from 10 am till 6 pm. Appointments outside our business hours on request with 50€/h surcharge. Appointments on Sundays and holidays by agreement between 10 am and 6 pm are possible with surcharge of 100€/h.
